Dear Mamma and Pappa,
I am uncertain if this is the proper address, though.. I weighed the odds and this is my dream. I’ve searched for contact for years and this became my only lead. So welcome, please read the story of your forsaken daughter.
As you are well aware, when I was aged 3 years old, you left me with your sister Marge. She never disclosed your location or the purpose of your journey, only that you were exploring to find something better. She did not express the slightest enjoyment in my company though, mother…. I always attempted to do right by her, I swear it. That is what you wanted me to do… right?
When I was 10 years of age... Aunt Marge advised me to go on a walk. I understand she often despised my company, she enjoyed reminding me that I am much to handle. Unfortunately… after a great distance had passed I saw smoke filling the sky. I ran back to investigate, and I saw our cabin. Flames danced everywhere and embers flew through the trees. There wasn’t much left, everything inside was fuel. I couldn’t find Marge around back. Tracks were nowhere to be found, except my own.
I traveled two days, making my way by asking the trees for directions. They never told me with certainty which way led to safety, though I was always answered with a gust of wind. I followed without reluctance, and never stumbled upon misfortune. I did however come across a road. The wind did not answer me left or right, so I waited. I sat down and closed my eyes, letting the bugs lullaby me to sleep as I hope you did. A motorcycle approached and jumped in anticipation. The man i saw screeched to a halt next to me, and quickly interrogated me. I would inform you of his name, however his family is in the Italian mafia and they would not appreciate me outing them.
The family welcomed me like no other, and allowed me to pursue whichever activity I chose. The following are the final decisions i made.
